As the early 2000s continue to influence current trends, the resurgence of early 2000 magazine spreads has popped up all over Instagram. From dedicated fan collages to fun selfie spreads, the trend focuses on highlighting the person in a way that evokes feelings of the late 90s “teen girl” magazines. I decided to participate in this fun trend by collaging my friends in a way that reminded me of the magazines I grew up with.
