Quite a long time has passed since all you needed to produce a successful remix was an EDM beat on a successful, slow tempo song. In my analysis, I want to analyze, among others, hit songs like “Finesse” by Bruno Mars, “Easy” by Jhay Cortez and “Sour Candy” by Lady Gaga to show how the artists featured in the remix of each song adds to it, ultimately improving it.
